TuneSports Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how TuneSports ("we," "us," or "the app"), operated by United Stunts Inc., collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the TuneSports mobile application on iOS and Android. By using TuneSports, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who this app is for

TuneSports is a music-cueing and routine-management tool for coaches in rhythmic gymnastics, figure skating, cheer, dance, and related disciplines. The app is intended for use by adult coaches and instructors. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

2. What data we collect

Information you provide directly:

• Account information — if you create an account, we collect your email address and a securely hashed password. Creating an account is optional and only required if you want cloud backup across devices.
• Content you add — athlete names, profile photos you choose to add, routine details, music/audio files, cue points, and related information you enter to organize your coaching. If you do not sign in, this content stays on your device only.

Information collected automatically:

• Purchase information — when you subscribe, our payments partner records your subscription status and transaction identifiers. We do not receive or store your credit card number or full payment details; those are handled by the app store you purchased through (Apple App Store on iOS, or Google Play on Android).
• Diagnostic and crash data — we collect app crash reports and basic technical information (such as device type, operating system version, and error logs) to fix problems and improve stability.

Device permissions we may request:

• Microphone — only if you choose to record routine music directly in the app.
• Photo library — only if you choose to add a profile photo for an athlete.
• Media/files — to let you import music from your device.

These permissions are used only for the features described and only when you actively use them.

3. How we use your data

• To provide the app's core features — managing athletes, routines, and playing music.
• To create and secure your account, if you choose to sign in.
• To back up your data to the cloud and restore it across your devices, if you enable this feature.
• To process and manage your subscription.
• To diagnose crashes and improve the app's reliability.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for third-party advertising, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

4. Where your data is stored

If you sign in and use cloud backup, your account information and backed-up content are stored on secure cloud infrastructure (database and server hosting providers acting on our behalf). Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). If you do not sign in, your data remains only on your device.

5. Third-party services

We use a small number of trusted third-party providers to operate the app. These providers process data only as needed to perform their services:

• Apple App Store and Google Play — for subscription billing and payment processing on their respective platforms.
• RevenueCat — to manage and validate subscription entitlements. RevenueCat may process a subscriber identifier and purchase information. See RevenueCat's privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.
• Sentry — for crash reporting and diagnostics. Sentry may process technical error data. See Sentry's privacy policy at sentry.io/privacy.
• Cloud hosting and database providers — to store your account and backup data securely on our behalf.

6. Data retention and deletion

We keep your account and backup data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated cloud data directly in the app at any time using the Delete Account button in the app's settings. You may also request deletion by contacting us at the email below. Content stored only on your device can be removed by deleting it in the app or uninstalling the app. For full deletion instructions, see our Account & Data Deletion page.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 10.

8. Children's privacy

TuneSports is intended for adult coaches. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Coaches may enter information about athletes (including minors) to organize their coaching; this information is provided and controlled by the coach, stays private to that coach's account, and is never used for advertising or shared with third parties for marketing. If you believe a child has provided us personal information directly, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted data transmission and secure password hashing. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to it.

11. Changes to this policy
